This gives people of my age inspiration to go for it and get back into doing something we love and live for. Your the only one who has put this out there. I feel that you can train in Martial Arts until you die. There are so many Arts you can choose from. The benefits are numerous (fitness, mental wellbeing, mobility, low impact cardio, the list goes on and on). Life is good, keep training and live loving what you do.
